On November 27, Ukraine's Minister of Energy, German Galushchenko, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine, Masashi Nakagome. Hideki Matsunaga, Chief Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), also participated in the meeting.

The parties discussed areas of cooperation to support the resilience of Ukraine's energy system under enemy attacks, particularly during the winter period.

Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Roman Andarak, held a meeting with a delegation from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, led by the head of the Ukraine task force, Ulrike Hopp-Nishanka. The handover ceremony took place in Kyiv on November 16.

As part of a working visit to Vienna, where the IAEA Board of Governors meeting is taking place, Ukraine's Minister of Energy, German Galushchenko, held a meeting with Laura Holgate, the U.S. Permanent Representative to the IAEA.
