In order to implement paragraph 33 of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Renewable Energy Action Plan for the period up to 2030, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 13, 2024, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has begun work on creating an interactive map of favorable locations for electric vehicle charging stations.
To create such a map, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine is actively working to identify areas that could be potentially suitable for the location of electric vehicle charging stations by analyzing the current status of such charging station locations.
The next step will be to work with distribution system operators to look into the locations in more detail.
The result of this work will be an interactive map of good spots for electric vehicle charging stations, which will be a key tool for developing the electric vehicle industry in Ukraine as a whole.
