Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko held a bilateral meeting with EU Commissioner for Energy and Housing Dan Jørgensen in Brussels on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Energy Ministers of the European Union member states.

As part of the meeting of the Council of Energy Ministers of the EU member states held in Brussels, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, German Galushchenko, held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of Climate and Energy of the Kingdom of Denmark, Lars Aagaard.

The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, German Galushchenko, held a bilateral meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Energy, Business, and Industry of Sweden, Ebba Busch.

The Government of Canada has contributed an additional 33.4 million euros (50 million Canadian dollars) to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. As a result, the country’s total contribution to the Fund has increased to 40.1 million euros (60 million Canadian dollars).

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine with representatives of partner countries’ Embassies to discuss international assistance for protecting critical energy infrastructure facilities.

The Government of the United Kingdom, in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, continues to implement the Innovate Ukraine initiative aimed at developing and restoring Ukraine’s energy sector by introducing modern technologies and innovative solutions in energy.
