First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal, together with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other senior officials, took part in the solemn reburial ceremony for Colonel Yevhen Konovalets at the National Military Memorial Cemetery.

More than 58 tonnes of energy equipment provided by German partners have been delivered from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine’s emergency energy assistance hubs to critical infrastructure facilities in the Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia and Kirovohrad regions.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal chaired a regular meeting of the Headquarters for Eliminating the Consequences of the Emergency Situation in the Energy Sector.

- As a result of hostilities and attacks on energy infrastructure, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Chernihiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions are temporarily without electricity.

From January to early August 2026, 43 healthcare facilities across Ukraine began generating their own electricity as part of the “Ray of Hope” project. The total installed capacity of the commissioned solar power plants amounts to 3,365 kW.

- As a result of hostilities and attacks on energy facilities, some consumers in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Kharkiv regions remain temporarily without electricity.
