Born in 1977 in the city of Lviv. Being a professional lawer, he graduated from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine, specializing in Law.

He has significant experience in the field of critical infrastructure security. For many years, he served in operational and managerial positions within the Security Service of Ukraine.

The situation in Ukraine’s power system remains challenging due to ongoing Russian shelling. As a result of the attacks, as of the morning, consumers in the Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions remain without electricity. Emergency repair and restoration works are underway. At the same time, in a number of regions, compared to previous days, the situation is gradually improving.

The Government has approved a package of measures to ensure stable electricity supply to the population during the heating season. This was announced by the acting Minister of energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov during a live broadcast of the United News national telethon.

According to him, the current top priority is ensuring electricity supply to household consumers, especially in frontline regions where the burden on the power system is most acute.
