How to Contact the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights
In case of violation of human rights and citizen rights, anyone can contact the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights.
This official exercises parliamentary control over the observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens in Ukraine. Since 2022, the Commissioner has been Dmytro Lubinets.
You can contact the Commissioner by:
