The electricity price for non-household consumers (businesses, industries) is determined on a market basis. It is formed based on the exchange price. In addition, the price includes the supplier’s margin for their services and the payment for electricity consumed by the enterprise beyond the planned (declared) volume.
The final electricity cost also includes:
- the tariff for electricity transmission
- the tariff for electricity distribution
Small non-household consumers have the option to purchase electricity from universal service suppliers. The tariff is set by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) for each such supplier and is fixed. It includes both the transmission and distribution tariffs.
The list of tariffs for universal service suppliers is available at the provided link.
