Anatolii Kutsevol
Since 19 January 2026 – Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine for European Integration (order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 36-r of 19 January 2026).
Born in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Holds higher education in the fields of philology, economics, and public administration. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with degrees in Translation (Italian and English) and Economics, as well as from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
Holds a PhD in Public Administration. Fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Italian.
He began his public service career in 2007 at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Department for Coordination of International Technical Assistance.
In 2008–2011, he worked at the Directorate for European Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2011–2014, he served as Chief Consultant of the Division for Internal Market and Enterprise Finance, Directorate for Financial Policy and Economic Reform Implementation at the Administration of the President of Ukraine.
From 2014, he continued his work at the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in positions related to the development and implementation of European integration policy.
In 2016–2020, he was engaged in civic activities.
In 2020, he was appointed Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2023–2025, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Latvia.
Prior to his appointment to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for European Integration.
