Artem Nekrasov took part in a coordination meeting on preparations for the second aid package under the Frontline Communities Support Programme

Specific requests from frontline regions ahead of the winter season were discussed during a coordination meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksiy Kuleba. The meeting was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, heads of regional military administrations, and representatives of local communities.

Deputy Minister of Energy Mykola Kolisnyk participated in a meeting of the Headquarters on the Preparation of Housing and Communal Services, as well as Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities, for the 2025/26 Autumn-Winter Season.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba. It was attended by representatives of the State Emergency Service, regional military administrations, Naftogaz of Ukraine, heat and power companies, and other relevant agencies and institutions.

Despite another wave of massive Russian attacks, Ukraine’s power system remains stable and under control. Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolisnyk reported this during the national telethon “United News.”

“The most difficult situation is currently in the frontline regions — Sumy and Chernihiv. In Shostka, repair works and reconnection of consumers, as well as the restoration of natural gas supply, are underway. In Chernihiv region, the reconnection process continues overall,” he said.

Strengthening Air Defense to Protect Energy Facilities and Equipment: G7+ Holds Emergency Meeting in Response to Russia’s Attacks on Ukraine’s Energy Infrastructure
