UK energy companies are interested in expanding their presence in Ukraine and participating in the restoration and development of the Ukrainian energy sector.

That was a subject of discussion at a meeting between Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Roman Andarak and Sarah Jones, Minister of State for Industry at the Department of Business and Trade, Department of Energy Security, UK Net Zero, and UK energy companies.

The cooperation between Ukraine and Poland in the energy sector proves the high level of solidarity between the two countries and is of strategic importance for ensuring the stability of the energy system of Ukraine, especially in the conditions of war and constant attacks on energy facilities.

Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolisnyk said this during his speech at the panel discussion "Ukraine - Poland: joint energy projects", which took place within the International Forum of Central and Eastern Europe VIA CARPATIA 2024 in Kyiv.

In the framework of the international conference Rebuild Ukraine 2024 in Warsaw, Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Andarak met with a delegation of Canadian.

The parties discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in the process of restoring and developing Ukraine's energy sector, particularly at the level of private companies.

Amid the rapid transformation of Ukraine’s energy sector and the unprecedented simplification of business conditions, the energy sector has become extremely attractive to investors.
