The Ministry of Energy is taking all necessary measures to ensure the successful passage of the autumn-winter period of 2025/26.

This was stated by the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, German Galushchenko, during the Government Q&A session in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

According to the Minister, the system is currently operating in a stable mode, and consumers are being supplied with the necessary electricity.

Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Roman Andarak, took part in the conference “Ukraine–Japan: Ukraine’s Economic Growth in the Context of War.” During his speech at a thematic panel, the Deputy Minister thanked the Government of Japan and the JICA agency for their comprehensive support of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale aggression by the russian federation.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of the Republic of Finland have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of energy.

Norwegian support helps Ukraine to restore and modernize its energy sector.

Members of the delegation, including Norwegian Minister of Energy Terje Aasland, were briefed on the consequences of russian shelling.
