The Ukrainian energy system operates under a constant threat of missile and drone attacks, yet it remains stable thanks to the coordinated work of energy specialists, the military, the government, and international partners.
After each attack, emergency restoration works are carried out immediately — energy crews work around the clock to repair damaged facilities. Specialists restore equipment daily, often under the threat of new attacks, making every effort to maintain system stability and ensure that Ukrainians have electricity.
At the same time, the state strengthens the physical protection of energy facilities, applying modern solutions depending on the types of weapons used by the aggressor. The most critical element of protection remains air defense, which helps prevent destruction and maintain the operation of the energy system.
