Payment for electricity and other services received on the electricity market is made according to the concluded contracts.
In case of technical or economic impossibility of making a payment due to the martial law in Ukraine, it is necessary, if possible, to inform the supplier (with relevant justification) and/or initiate the conclusion of a debt repayment schedule.
We emphasize that by paying for consumed electricity, the consumer helps energy companies generate electricity and purchase it in the required volumes, maintain and repair networks, and supports the work of thousands of energy workers who operate around the clock to ensure light and heat in our homes.
