In order to ensure compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Information in Information and Communication Systems”, the Procedure for the Development and Approval of Security Profiles of Information, Electronic Communications, Information and Communication, and Technological Systems, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 712 of 18 June 2025, as well as the Regulation on the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 507 of 17 June 2020, the Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine No. 176 of 31 March 2026 “On Approval of System Security Profiles for the Fuel and Energy Sector of Ukraine” (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine No. 209 of 16 April 2026), the following have been approved:
- the sectoral system security profile for systems processing open or confidential information within the fuel and energy sector of Ukraine;
- the sectoral system security profile for systems processing official information within the fuel and energy sector of Ukraine.

The relevant information will also be duly communicated to operators of critical infrastructure within the fuel and energy sector.
