Thanks to contributions from international partners to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, three Ukrainian regions received critical equipment this week to restore and strengthen their energy infrastructure:
- The Mykolaiv region received energy equipment worth nearly EUR 800,000, financed by the German Development Bank (KfW) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy;
- The Dnipropetrovsk region received energy equipment worth more than EUR 166,000 with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida);
- The Kharkiv region received energy equipment worth nearly EUR 20,000 through a contribution from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
Each of these deliveries contributes to the restoration and strengthening of Ukraine's energy system, enhances its resilience against Russian attacks, and helps ensure reliable electricity supply for households and businesses.
