The eOpora website is now live, bringing together existing national and regional support programmes, practical advice and official contact details in one place to help households and businesses prepare for winter 2026–2027. Visit the website to find out what support is available to you and make use of the practical guidance.

As part of the Winter Support initiative, work is underway to strengthen resilience and ensure that the support people, communities and businesses need remains accessible. The eOpora website brings together existing national and regional programmes, practical recommendations and up-to-date contact information.

Russia continues to attack Ukraine’s energy, gas and heating infrastructure. The scale and nature of these attacks pose serious risks to the stability of energy supplies. Conditions may vary from one region to another.

The Government is preparing systematically for the heating season by strengthening the resilience of energy, gas and heating infrastructure, building up the necessary reserves, supporting communities, ensuring that Points of Invincibility are ready to operate, and implementing support programmes. Communities, institutions and businesses are also taking the necessary steps to prepare for winter.

At the same time, people need to know which existing support programmes they can access, where to apply and how to act in the event of possible temporary disruptions to infrastructure services.

To help with this, the Government has launched a single website bringing together existing support programmes, practical guidance and up-to-date contact details. It provides information on available assistance and practical recommendations for different groups, including individuals, homeowners’ associations, institutions and businesses.

The website helps users quickly find information based on their category, needs and region.
