During May, Ukrainian energy workers restored electricity supply to more than 4 million consumers who had been left without power as a result of Russian attacks and ongoing hostilities.

Restoration efforts continued in regions that are regularly subjected to enemy shelling and damage to energy infrastructure. Despite the challenging security situation, energy workers promptly addressed the consequences of attacks and restored power supply to affected consumers.

The largest number of consumers had their electricity supply restored in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.

Ukrainian energy workers continue daily restoration efforts in all regions where the security situation permits, bringing electricity back to millions of citizens and supporting the stable operation of the power system.
