Minister of Energy of Ukraine Svitlana Grynchuk conducted a working visit to energy facilities that sustained damage as a result of Russian acts of terror. During the visit, she received detailed reports on the progress of restoration efforts and instructed officials to develop mechanisms and technical solutions to enhance the physical protection of power generation facilities.
“Our priorities remain unchanged - strengthening engineering protection and air defense, increasing equipment reserves, and reducing the duration of emergency restoration works. We are working on these objectives in close coordination with our international partners. Despite the enemy’s intent, we must ensure the successful passage of the heating season,” emphasized Svitlana Grynchuk.
The Minister expressed her gratitude to every energy worker and rescue professional, and to all those who defend Ukraine’s energy system in these extremely challenging times. She also thanked all Ukrainians who use energy responsibly. We are fighting for light together.
