Resilience plans of Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions reviewed

First Deputy Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov and Deputy Minister of Energy Valentyna Moskalenko took part in a meeting of the Coordination Center for the implementation of Comprehensive Regional Resilience Plans.

The agenda included resilience plans for the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Under the approved documents, more than 340 critical infrastructure facilities are to be protected and over 150 MW of additional distributed generation is to be commissioned before winter.

In particular, 245 facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region and 96 in the Zaporizhzhia region are to be protected.

The Government has already allocated funding for priority works: UAH 540.3 million for the Dnipropetrovsk region and nearly UAH 2 billion for the Zaporizhzhia region.

In total, UAH 12.85 billion has already been allocated to protect critical infrastructure facilities, including in frontline regions.
