State-owned distribution system operators continue to expand their network of modern customer service centres as part of the implementation of unified service standards across the Ukrainian Distribution Networks (UDN) Group.

Recently, JSC Ternopiloblenergo and JSC Cherkasyoblenergo opened three additional Customer Service Centres. New service facilities have started operating in Buchach and Chortkiv in the Ternopil region, as well as in Zolotonosha in the Cherkasy region.

The centres operate under a “one-stop-shop” principle, enabling consumers to access a wide range of services in one location, including concluding or renewing contracts, reconciling electricity consumption data, applying for grid connection services, and resolving issues related to metering equipment. The new centres are designed with a strong focus on service quality, convenience, and accessibility for all categories of visitors. The facilities comply with barrier-free accessibility principles and provide comfortable conditions for receiving services.

The expansion of the customer service centre network is part of the broader modernisation of state-owned distribution system operators and the introduction of unified approaches to customer engagement. The programme for implementing unified service standards across state-owned DSOs was launched by Ukrainian Distribution Networks in 2024. The first milestones included the opening of a Customer Service Centre by JSC Ternopiloblenergo in Ternopil in late 2024 and a Customer Service Centre by JSC Cherkasyoblenergo in Cherkasy in late 2025.

The development of modern customer infrastructure is an integral part of the systematic modernisation of state-owned distribution system operators and the introduction of a people-centred approach within Ukraine’s energy sector.

Detailed information on the locations and opening hours of the centres is available on the official websites and social media pages of the respective companies.
