Between January and March, more than 2,000 units of energy equipment were delivered to Ukraine. These include generators, transformers, modular boiler houses, cogeneration units, boilers, and other equipment.
Assistance was provided by partners from the EU, as well as Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Austria, Estonia, France, Japan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Cyprus, Switzerland, UNICEF/WASH, the Netherlands, PFRU, and Finland.
Ukraine also expects the delivery of more than 2,189 additional generators, 136 transformers, and 189 units of other equipment, including boilers, modular boiler houses, and cogeneration units.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 249 humanitarian cargo shipments, with a total weight exceeding 2,178 tonnes, have been dispatched from the Ministry of Energy’s hubs to the regions. These include 1,357 generators and 126 units of modular boiler houses, cogeneration units, and boilers.
Overall, since March 2022, more than 27,000 tonnes of energy equipment have been delivered to Ukraine under the coordination of the Ministry of Energy, of which over 25,000 tonnes have already been distributed across the regions.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, energy-related humanitarian assistance has been provided by 38 countries, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, North Macedonia, Poland, the Republic of Korea, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the United States, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, and Türkiye.
