Operational update on Ukraine’s power system as of the morning of 24 March

24 March 2026, 10:00

- Overnight, the enemy carried out another combined large-scale attack on energy infrastructure in several regions. As a result, some consumers in Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions are temporarily without electricity supply.

- Power engineers are working in an intensified mode to restore electricity supply to all consumers as soon as possible.

- Today, from 16:00 to 22:00, hourly outage schedules for all categories of consumers will be applied in most regions of Ukraine. Capacity limitation schedules for industry will also remain in effect until the end of the day. Information on outage timing and duration is available on the official pages of regional distribution system operators.

- Consumers are requested, where possible, to use electricity sparingly during peak hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system.
