Operational situation in Ukraine’s power system as of the morning of March 4

04 March 2026, 10:00

- Overnight, Russia once again carried out attacks on energy infrastructure facilities in several regions. As a result, consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Kherson regions were left without electricity. Power engineers are working in an intensified mode to restore electricity supply to all customers as quickly as possible.

- In some regions of Ukraine, hourly outage schedules remain in effect for all categories of consumers, as well as power limitation schedules for industry. Emergency outages have been applied in certain regions. Please follow updates on electricity supply changes via the official pages of your regional distribution system operators.

- We ask consumers in regions where hourly outages are in effect to use electricity sparingly throughout the day, especially during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system.
