Operational situation in Ukraine’s power system as of the morning of April 7

07 April 2026, 10:00

- As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure facilities, a number of consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions remain temporarily without electricity supply.

- Energy workers are operating in an intensified mode to restore electricity supply to all consumers as quickly as possible. Restoration works are ongoing around the clock.

- Due to adverse weather conditions, more than 170 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Ternopil, Poltava, and Khmelnytskyi regions remain without electricity. Repair crews are working to restore supply.

- No electricity supply restrictions are forecast for today. Please follow official communications from your regional distribution system operators for any updates.

- Consumers are kindly requested, where possible, to use electricity sparingly throughout the day to help reduce the load on the system.
