- As a result of hostilities and attacks on energy facilities, some consumers in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions remain temporarily without electricity.

- The most difficult situation is currently in the Odesa region. Restoration works are ongoing following a massive attack on Sunday night. A significant number of consumers who had previously been left without electricity have already been reconnected. However, over the past 24 hours, further attacks have targeted energy facilities in the region. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment to operation as quickly as possible and reconnect all consumers.

- Restoration works are ongoing wherever the security situation allows. Energy workers are working to restore electricity supply to Ukrainian households as quickly as possible.

- No electricity consumption restrictions are currently expected to be introduced today. Consumers are advised to follow the official communication channels of their respective distribution system operators for any updates concerning electricity supply.

- Where possible, consumers are encouraged to shift active electricity consumption to daytime hours, from 10:00 to 16:00, and to use electricity efficiently. This helps reduce the load on the power system.
