The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has delivered 85.5 tonnes of humanitarian assistance from Sweden to the Kharkiv region through its emergency energy assistance hubs.
The assistance, provided by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), includes protective engineering structures — gabions and protective containers that will be used to strengthen the protection of energy infrastructure facilities in this frontline region.
The equipment will help enhance the protection of critical energy infrastructure, improve its resilience against hostile attacks, and contribute to the more reliable operation of the regional power system.
Sweden remains one of Ukraine's dependable partners, consistently supporting the Ukrainian energy sector and helping strengthen its resilience amid Russia's full-scale war.
We express our sincere gratitude to Sweden for its unwavering support for Ukraine and Ukrainian power engineers.
