The Kharkiv region has received 250 power transformers provided with the support of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. The total value of the assistance exceeds €1.2 million.

The equipment will be used to restore electricity networks damaged by Russian attacks and improve the reliability of electricity supply for consumers in the Kharkiv region, one of the areas that continues to face systematic attacks on its energy infrastructure.

The transformers will enable Ukrainian energy companies to carry out restoration works more efficiently, strengthen the resilience of electricity networks and ensure reliable power supply to consumers.
