Svitlana Grynchuk: “The Ministry of Energy is open to dialogue with young people, educational institutions in Ukraine and worldwide, research institutions, an active civil society, business, and our international partners. We are committed to effective cooperation to ensure the further development of Ukraine’s energy sector.”
According to the Minister, the Ministry of Energy plans to launch the process of establishing a Youth Council at the Ministry in the near future and is inviting young people to join the initiative. Further details will be announced in due course.
Additionally, the Ministry encourages young people to actively participate in the internship program, which provides an opportunity to work in one of the most dynamic and critically important sectors. For many Ukrainian energy companies, internship programs leading to subsequent employment and investment in employee development are becoming a practical reality. One such example is Naftogaz.
“Our youth is already a driving force for change in this unique and unprecedented period for the country. Determination, engagement, and initiative are what help shape the future not only of the energy sector but of the country as a whole. That is why the Ministry of Energy is open to new ideas, innovative projects, and genuine partnership,” said Svitlana Grynchuk.
