Today, professionals working in the oil, gas and oil refining industries celebrate their professional holiday.

These are the people who produce gas and oil, operate fields and infrastructure, work at enterprises and in emergency response crews, and develop new technologies and technical solutions.

Thanks to their work, we are no longer dependent on Russian gas blackmail. We are diversifying imports, developing alternative routes and integrating into the EU gas market. Our underground storage facilities are capable of reliably storing European gas, thereby strengthening the energy security of not only Ukraine but also Europe.

Today, Ukraine’s oil and gas industry is an integral part of the country’s energy resilience. It is a resource for industry and a source of heat for Ukrainians.
