The platform features support programmes for businesses and households that help ensure autonomous and backup power supply, develop their own generation capacity and install energy storage systems.

Today, we are highlighting the following programme: Zero-Interest Loan for Power Generation Equipment 

Terms: Loans of up to UAH 10 million for a period of three years at 0% interest per annum are available to individual entrepreneurs and micro, small and medium-sized businesses.

Eligible use of funds: The funds may be used exclusively to purchase power generation equipment, including gas turbines, gas piston units, biogas generators, diesel generators, petrol generators and gas generators.

How it works: Under the Affordable Loans Programme “5-7-9%”, the state, through the National Development Institution, compensates participating banks for the difference between the market interest rate and the 0% rate paid by borrowers.

How to apply: Applications can be submitted through one of the banks participating in the Affordable Loans Programme “5-7-9%”. There are currently 48 participating banks. The full list is available here.
