Throughout June, Ukrainian energy workers restored electricity supply to nearly 4 million consumers who had lost power as a result of Russian attacks and hostilities.

Restoration work continued in regions where energy infrastructure had been damaged by Russian strikes and ongoing combat. Despite the challenging security situation, energy workers promptly repaired damaged facilities and restored electricity supply to consumers.

The largest number of consumers had their electricity restored in the Sumy, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv.

Overall, since the beginning of 2026, Ukrainian energy workers have restored electricity to more than 22 million consumers whose power supply had been disrupted by hostilities and Russian attacks.

Ukrainian energy workers continue restoring electricity every day in all regions where the security situation permits, bringing power back to millions of citizens and helping maintain the stable operation of the country's power system.
