Briefing by the First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov on the Operational Situation in the Power System as of February 19

- As of this morning, consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions remain without electricity as a result of hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure.

- In Odesa region, following previous enemy attacks on energy infrastructure, the situation remains difficult. Restoration works are ongoing.

- Due to severe weather conditions, more than 458 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Poltava, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions remain without electricity.

- Today, hourly outage schedules are being enforced in most regions, and capacity restriction schedules apply to enterprises. Emergency outages have been introduced in certain regions.
