10 February 2026, 11:56

- As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure, consumers in Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions remain without electricity. Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the attacks and restore power supply are ongoing. Energy workers are doing everything possible to bring equipment damaged by the enemy back into operation.

- Hourly electricity outage schedules, as well as capacity restriction schedules for industry and businesses, remain in effect across the country. Due to the challenging situation in the power system, emergency outages have been implemented in certain regions.

More information on the situation in the power system is available in the briefing by the First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov.
