26 February 2026, 11:00

- During the night and morning, the enemy carried out a combined large-scale attack on energy infrastructure in several regions of Ukraine. As a result, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Kharkiv regions remain without electricity supply.

- Wherever the security situation permits, emergency restoration works have already commenced. Power engineers are making every effort to return the damaged equipment to operation as quickly as possible.

- Today, hourly outage schedules are being enforced in most regions, while capacity limitation schedules apply to industrial enterprises. Consumers are advised to follow updates on the official resources of distribution system operators in their respective regions.

More details on the situation in the power system are available in the briefing by First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Artem Nekrasov.
