- As a result of military actions and attacks on energy infrastructure, consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Odesa regions are without electricity as of the morning. Emergency restoration work has already begun wherever safety conditions allow.
- Most regions are experiencing rotational power outages, while enterprises operate under load limitation schedules. Emergency outages are being applied in some areas. Full return to scheduled power supply will occur once the energy system stabilizes.
- Due to severe weather, more than 178 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions remain without electricity. Energy repair crews are working around the clock to restore damaged lines.
