- As of this morning, energy workers have restored electricity supply to all consumers in Konotop. Electricity is currently being supplied on a rotating basis, with energy workers regulating the order and sequence of supply. Temporary emergency outages may occur during the day, as repair work cannot be carried out on energised equipment. We thank the repair crews for their professionalism and work in extremely difficult and dangerous conditions, and local residents for their understanding.

- Russia continues to attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. As of this morning, new power outages have been reported in frontline and border regions, including Donetsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions. Energy workers will begin emergency repair and restoration work as soon as the security situation allows.

- Due to grid restrictions caused by Russian attacks, hourly power outage schedules are in effect in some regions today. Capacity restriction schedules are also being applied to industrial consumers and businesses. These measures are necessary to stabilise the energy system and prevent larger-scale emergencies.

- Emergency power outages are being introduced in Kyiv and Kyiv region due to damage to equipment. The previously announced schedules are not currently in effect there. A return to predictable outage schedules will be possible once the situation in the energy system has stabilised.

- We thank energy workers for their professionalism, resilience and dedicated work, and all Ukrainians for their understanding and support.
