- During the night, the enemy carried out another massive attack on energy infrastructure facilities. Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions were most affected, with the regions almost completely without power. Energy workers began emergency restoration works during the night.
- As of the morning, approximately 800,000 consumers remain without electricity in Dnipropetrovsk region. Repair works are ongoing to restore electricity and heat as quickly as possible. Social and critical infrastructure facilities have been partially restored.
- As a result of the attack in Dnipropetrovsk, eight mines lost power, but all workers were safely evacuated to the surface. In Zaporizhzhia, electricity supply has been restored. At the same time, to prevent repeated mass outages, consumers are urged to limit the use of high-power electrical appliances.
- Due to adverse weather conditions, as of the morning, settlements in Chernihiv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions remain fully or partially without power. Repair crews of local energy companies are working to restore electricity supply.
- In Kharkiv, Poltava, and Sumy regions, emergency outages were applied as of the morning. Gradual replacement of emergency outages with planned hourly schedules is ongoing. Emergency outage schedules will temporarily remain in effect in Donetsk region.
