- Overnight, the enemy launched another strike on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. As a result, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions experienced short-term power outages. Energy crews began restoration work immediately.
- As of the morning, electricity has been almost fully restored for consumers in Dnipropetrovsk region. Repair work continues to ensure the fastest possible return of electricity and heating.
- In Zaporizhzhia region, over 13,000 consumers remain without power. To prevent repeated mass outages, residents are asked to limit the use of high-power electrical appliances.
- In Zhytomyr region, more than 7,000 consumers are still without electricity. Emergency outages are in place in some parts of the region. Return to the scheduled hourly outage plans will occur as soon as the energy system stabilizes.
- In Kyiv and Kyiv region, a key stage of restoration work has been completed. In the capital, emergency outages remain in parts of the Pechersky and Holosiivsky districts, as well as on the Left Bank. Gradual transition from emergency restrictions to planned hourly outage schedules is ongoing. Energy crews are carefully switching consumers to the scheduled plans, which requires time and phased reconnections. Specialists are doing everything possible to stabilize the situation and allow Kyiv residents to plan their day.
- Due to adverse weather, 110 settlements in Kyiv region and 48 in Chernihiv region remain without electricity. Utility repair crews are working to restore damaged lines.
- Currently, hourly outage schedules are in effect in almost all regions. Emergency outage schedules are applied in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Odesa, and parts of Zhytomyr region.
