By Order No. 394 dated 20 August 2026, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine announced a competitive selection of candidates for three positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Limited Liability Company Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.

The selection will be conducted in accordance with the Procedure for the Competitive Selection of Candidates for the Position of Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of a State-Owned Unitary Enterprise and Their Appointment, as well as for the Competitive Selection of Candidates for the Position of Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of a Business Entity in Which the State Owns More Than 50% of the Shares (Equity Interests), Proposed by the State Property Management Entity for Election as Independent Members of the Supervisory Board. The Procedure was approved by Resolution No. 142 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 March 2017.
