Under the auspices of Ukraine's Ministry of Energy, the ReBuild Ukraine 4.0 conference will gather high-level representatives from Ukrainian and international authorities, industry leaders, and investors to collaborate on strategies for rebuilding Ukraine's energy infrastructure. This timely event will address the extensive damage inflicted on Ukraine’s energy facilities due to the ongoing war against Ukraine by russia, which has incredibly impacted the nation's energy capacity.
Conference Panels
The conference will feature six main panel discussions covering critical topics, including:
1. Hight Policy Panel: Priorities for Ukraine’s Energy Sector Recovery: Addressing EU support and funding needs.
2. Investment in Energy: Opportunities and challenges for foreign and domestic investors.
3. Electricity Grid Projects: Decarbonization, smart grids, microgrids, and mobile substations.
4. Renewable Energy and Green Gases: first biomethane supplied to the gas grid, launched CfD green auctions, PPA, guarantees of origin.
5. Applied AI and Hardware Innovations: Enhancing energy systems through technology.
6. Human Capital Development: Capacity building, gender balance, and workforce upskilling in the energy sector.
The participation was already confirmed by Danish Energy Agency, DFC, EC,EBRD, Energy Community, IFC, IRENA, UNDP, USAID, Government representatives of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Norway, foreign and Ukrainian energy companies, among others.
A Platform for Collaboration
ReBuild Ukraine 4.0 aims to build synergy across public and private sectors, uniting government agencies, international donors, NGOs, investment firms, and community leaders in a single, collaborative forum. This event underscores Ukraine's determination to restore and modernize its energy infrastructure, paving the way for a resilient and sustainable energy future.
However, conference will be not only about the restoration and strengthening of the Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Energy makes impact to the safety and security of each nation, and if so, let’s weaken terrorist state russia by replacing their fossil fuels with alternative energy sources, growing efficiency of energy consumption, deploying more renewable energy sources and green synthetic fuels around Europe and globally.
