The in-person reception of citizens by the leadership of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine is conducted in accordance with Article 40 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens' Appeals” dated October 2, 1996, No. 393/96-VR, the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 7, 2008, No. 109 “On Priority Measures to Ensure the Implementation and Guarantee of the Constitutional Right to Appeal to State Authorities and Local Self-Government Bodies,” Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Free Legal Aid” dated June 2, 2011, No. 3460-VI, and the Instruction on the Consideration of Citizens' Appeals and the Organization of In-Person Reception of Citizens in the Central Office of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, approved by the Ministry’s order dated January 18, 2012, No. 33, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2012, under No. 171/20484.
The in-person reception by the leadership of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine is held by prior appointment on the last Thursday of each month from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Prior registration for the reception is organized by the Ministry’s structural unit responsible for organizing and conducting in-person receptions, no later than five working days before the appointment date, at the following address:

On the eve of public holidays and non-working days, the registration period for appointments is reduced by one hour.
