GENERATION, TRANSMISSION, CONSUMPTION
Due to massive Russian shelling, there is a capacity deficit in the power system. Yesterday, for its partial coverage, Ukraine additionally attracted emergency aid from the Polish energy system. Emergency aid was also involved today.
As of today, the hourly outage schedules are scheduled to operate from 00:00 to 24:00. If the situation changes, the information will be updated.
In Ukraine, the hot weather persists, so an increase in electricity consumption is possible, in particular due to the active use of air conditioners. We urge everyone to consume electricity sparingly. This enables energy companies to keep the power system more stable.
Shutdowns are not provided for critical infrastructure enterprises, as well as enterprises that import more than 80% of electricity for their needs in accordance with the government regulation.
We remind you that the main reason for electricity restrictions is enemy attacks on the energy infrastructure and the negative consequences of these attacks.
THE CONSEQUENCES OF SHOOTING
In the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions, overhead lines were shut down due to shelling, as a result of which substations and household consumers connected to them were de-energized.
EMERGENCY
In Donetsk region, a repair crew came under enemy fire. The brigade driver was injured and was taken to the hospital.
Also in Donetsk region, as a result of shelling, the control room building was destroyed. Two people were injured.
NETWORK STATUS
At night, the high-voltage overhead line connecting the energy systems of Ukraine and Moldova was briefly disconnected. It is included in the work.In the Odesa region, high-voltage overhead lines were shut down due to technological violations. At the same time, the substation and household consumers connected to it were de-energized, as well as the power facility. All consumers are enabled.
In Zhytomyr Oblast, two substations - in Zhytomyr and Kyiv Oblasts and household consumers connected to them - were de-energized due to the disconnection of the overhead line of Oblenergo. All consumers are enabled.
In the Kirovohrad region, the overhead line of Oblenergo was disconnected. The substation and household consumers connected to it were de-energized.
In the Chernihiv region, the high-voltage overhead line of Oblenergo was shut down due to technological reasons. At the same time, several substations and household consumers connected to them were de-energized. All are enabled.
Also, in Chernihiv Oblast, due to technological violations, the overhead line of Oblenergo was disconnected. Several substations and household consumers connected to them were de-energized. Consumers are connected.
DISCONNECTION OF CONSUMERS
Due to hostilities and technical malfunctions, 473 settlements were cut off in the morning. Energy workers restored power to 6,878 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities.
THE SITUATION AT THE NPP
The water level in the cooling pond is 14.96 m. This is enough to meet the needs of the station.
IMPORT/ EXPORT
For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Moldova with a total volume of 28,725 MWh and a maximum capacity of 1,445 MW are forecast. Export does not occur and is not expected.
